Listening to Your Voices
We have now held a further focus group in December 2007 to further our aim to hear about what it's like to have ovarian cancer from that first GP visit to specialist care. After our first group of 9 women including participants from Cancer Black Care we hosted 8 women in partnership with Queen Charlotte’s at The Hammersmith Hospital. Thanks to all the ladies who shared their views and experiences with such generosity. As always it is a privilege to listen to your experiences and incredibly helpful to our work.
We are planning our next group for Merseyside later in 2008. More details on that to follow soon.
