A Tribute Fund is a lasting way to celebrate the courage and strength of women affected by ovarian cancer. Friends and family can donate to the Fund in your loved one’s name, at any time and however they choose. From a single or regular donation, to organizing an event, taking part in a challenge or occasion giving at a birthday, wedding or anniversary, a Tribute Fund is a way that people can come together to celebrate a loved one.
Should your Tribute Fund reach the sum of £1000, the name of the woman for whom the Fund has been created, along with a personal inscription will be added to our Tribute Wall, which is displayed at the Ovarian Cancer Action Research Centre.
The Tribute Wall sits at the heart of the Centre, ensuring that the women it celebrates remain a daily source of inspiration, motivation, and determination for the scientists working there as they strive to better understand the disease and develop new treatments.
Starting your fund
Setting up a Tribute Fund is easy and can be done online immediately. It provides a mini-website where messages, memories and photos can be shared and donations made. You can also make donations by phone or post, and we will add it to a Tribute Fund on your behalf.
