Saffron Aldridge

Saffron is internationally recognisable as one of the 'faces' of Ralph Lauren. Her mother died of ovarian cancer, and she is committed to spreading awareness about the disease and its symptoms. She has appeared on BBC Breakfast, and Richard and Judy, highlighting the charity and urging women to listen to their bodies.

Anna Massey

Anna Massey

The actress, Anna Massey, is well known for her work on television in Rebecca, Portrait of Gwen John and, more recently, He Knew He Was Right and Oliver Twist. She appeared as Miss Prism in The Importance of Being Earnest both onstage at the National Theatre and in the recent film. Her radio work includes The Sceptred Isle. Anna has great interest in Ovarian cancer action as her mother contracted the disease later in life and she fully supports the work of the charity.

Gwyneth Strong

Gwyneth Strong

Gwyneth will forever be remembered as the long suffering girlfriend of Rodney in the world famous comedy series, Only Fools and Horses. She's hugely serious though about raising awareness of ovarian cancer, having lost her mother Mair, just over 5 years ago. She recently appeared on GMTV and in the press to talk about her involvement.

Vanessa Hehir

Vanessa Hehir

Vanessa currently stars in the ITV1 drama Heartbeat. In recent years she has experienced gynaecological problems and was investigated for ovarian cancer. She strongly believes women mustn't be embarrassed about to talk to their doctors about their bodies. She recently appeared in the Daily Mirror on our behalf.

Jo Brand

Jo Brand

Jo has supported Ovarian cancer action for a while but since the death of her friend and fellow comedian Linda Smith has become more active with the charity. She will be appearing in a DVD about our work, expressing her wish for women to be more aware of signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer.
