Ovarian Cancer Action/HHMT International Forum
The sharing of knowledge and ideas is critical to progress in ovarian cancer, and has been the founding ethos of the charity.
The HHMT 11th Biennial International Forum on Ovarian Cancer
The 11th Biennial International Forum on Ovarian Cancer took place in Italy in March 2007.
A high impact review of the opportunities and challenges in ovarian cancer [ScienceDirect website, new window will open] has now been published, reflecting the presentations and discussions at the meeting.
This expert forum focused on selected areas of ovarian cancer research where most progress has been made. It brought together an international multi-disciplinary group of the foremost scientists and clinicians in ovarian cancer research and related areas to discuss the future direction and challenges facing researchers into ovarian cancer.
Scientific Committee
This comprises a panel of eminent international scientists, who select the topics for discussion, and participating speakers. At our conference in 2005, over half of the speakers had not previously attended one of our meetings.
