Overcoming my fear and speaking to someone meant they caught the cancer... don't suffer in silence Shehnaz Khan

Giving a voice

The breast cancer movement is supported by thousands of grateful survivors, keen to raise funds for research and speak about their experiences. They have achieved so much, and we know that with your support, we too can make a difference.

How to join in

  • Work with us to tell your stories to the media, as a way of making women aware, and raising the profile of the cause.

  • Tell us what you is important to you. We already know lack of awareness causes huge frustrations, and we are the only charity working year round, in a proactive way, to overcome this. We also know this is not your only concern. We cannot deal with individual cases, but where we see common issues occuring, we will do what we can to influence change.

  • Let us know how you have found current treatments by filling in our online questionnaires. These help us contribute to national reviews of drugs procedures. (These questionnaires were compiled under our old name, The Helene Harris Memorial Trust. Please still do complete and return them to us, as they are still valuable to us.)

  • Consider becoming 'an ambassador' for the cause, talking to groups in your area about awareness, placing awareness leaflets and posters in local venues.

  • Keep your local MP informed

The easiest way to get in touch is to give us a call, but you can email us via the contacts page.

By working with us, we can help amplify your voice. It does make a difference. Join in and let's work together.
