Giving a voice

Giving a voice to ovarian cancer

We need ovarian cancer survivors to tell their story. The breast cancer movement is supported by thousands of grateful survivors, keen to raise funds for research and speak about their experiences. They have achieved so much, and we know that with your support, we too can make a difference.

How to join in

  • Work with us to tell your story to the media, as a way of making women aware, and raising the profile of the cause. Could you tell your story?

  • Tell us what you is important to you. We already know lack of awareness causes huge frustrations, and we are the only charity working year round, in a proactive way, to overcome this. We also know this is not your only concern. We cannot deal with individual cases, but where we see common issues occuring, we will do what we can to influence change.

  • Consider becoming 'an ambassador' for the cause, talking to groups in your area about awareness, placing awareness leaflets and posters in local venues. Get a downloadable version of our Raising Awareness Pack or call 0300 456 4700.

  • Keep your local MP informed
